1. Eligibility & Use of the Site

  • All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available).
  • Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellations

  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation after placing an order.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities of any order.
  • If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped through Bosta courier services across Egypt.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location (see our Shipping Policy for full details).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for wrong items or damaged/defective products, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return or replacement.

7. Third-Party Services

  • We may use third-party tools, apps, or services (e.g., Shopify, Bosta, PayPal).
  • We are not responsible for how third parties handle your data, shipping, or payment processes.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Dressar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Site or Services.
  • All products are used at the customer’s own risk.
