At Dressar, we work with trusted courier services to deliver your orders safely and on time across Egypt. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver to all governorates in Egypt through a wide delivery network.
Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.
2. Delivery Time
Cairo & Giza: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.
Alexandria & Major Cities: Estimated delivery within 3–6 business days.
Other Governorates & Remote Areas: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days.
Delivery times may vary during sales, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or during campaigns.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) through Bosta.
Please ensure the exact amount is available at the time of delivery.
If you refuse an order upon delivery, a return shipping fee apply.
5. Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to reach you, they may attempt redelivery.
After repeated failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.
To reschedule delivery, please contact our customer support team.
6. Order Limit Policy
To ensure fair availability of our products and maintain smooth order processing, please note the following rules:
The maximum number of items per order is 4 pieces.
Customers cannot order the same product in multiple sizes in the same order.
Customers cannot order two pieces of the same product in the same size.
Orders placed with multiple sizes of the same item for size testing purposes are not allowed.
At the time of delivery, customers must accept the full shipment or refuse the entire package. Partial acceptance of items from the same order is not allowed.
If an order violates these rules, Dressar reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order before shipping.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy & Order Verification
To ensure smooth delivery operations and prevent misuse of the Cash on Delivery service, Dressar applies the following rules:
Dressar reserves the right to confirm orders by phone or WhatsApp before shipping.
If the customer does not respond to confirmation attempts, the order may be cancelled automatically.
Customers who repeatedly refuse orders after shipment may have their Cash on Delivery service restricted or disabled.
In some cases, Dressar may require prepaid orders before processing future purchases.
Orders suspected of misuse, fake information, or unusual activity may be cancelled without notice.
8. Free Shipping Offers & Returns
In case your order was delivered under a free shipping promotion, and you decide to return the product, the following will apply:
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
The customer must also pay the original shipping cost that was covered by the promotion.
This amount will be deducted from the refund or charged accordingly.
