Refund policy
At Dressar, we care about your satisfaction and work with trusted logistics partners to ensure smooth deliveries. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:
1. Orders & Delivery
- All orders are shipped via courier services.
- Customers may be contacted by Bosta for delivery confirmation and scheduling.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. Please prepare the exact amount upon delivery.
- In some areas, you may be allowed to inspect the package upon delivery before confirming.
- Customers may return products within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached.
- Customers may request a replacement within 14 days of delivery.
- Replacement items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
We only accept returns or provide refunds in the following cases:
a) Wrong or Incorrect Item
- If you receive a different product than what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped at no extra cost, or issue a refund if the product is unavailable.
b) Damaged or Defective Item
- If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Clear photos/videos of the issue are required for verification.
- After confirmation, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
c) Customer Refusal on Delivery
- If you choose to refuse an order at the time of delivery, you may be charged a return shipping fee by Bosta to cover logistics costs.
- Repeated refusal of orders may result in suspension of Cash on Delivery services for your account.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery cannot be returned.
- Sale or Clearance items are final and not eligible for return unless defective.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds (when approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be arranged via bank transfer, wallet transfer, or voucher balance depending on availability.
- E£85.00 flat rate return shipping
- Every customer is allowed to return or exchange their order once only, within the specified policy period, provided the item is in its original condition. Return and exchange fees apply
